Structural Composition
The main beam is made from Q235-B steel plates and formed by welding. The plates are shot-blasted to Sa2.5 standard before welding, ensuring rust removal and cleanliness. Automatic or semi-automatic (MIG) welding is used. The end carriages are made of rectangular steel tubes or CNC-formed components and equipped with double-flange wheels, buffers, and anti-derailment protection. The main beam and end carriages are connected via high-strength bolts, ensuring structural precision and smooth operation.
